ART AND THE PANDEMIC
Our world is different in the pandemic, and it's no surprise that making art has become different as well. While I've always had time and space to practice - retirement does that for you - I kept plugging on, producing a few select types of work. Since March, time has expanded and slowed down, and in response I found myself exploring more, doing smaller pieces, studying different styles of work, and experimenting. Below are some of the different topics and pieces I've been playing with... what they mean long-term is unclear, but for now, they've added to both my practice and my pleasure.
